How do I replace fuel rail connecting line?

I had a small engine fire a few weeks ago, and am in the process of getting it all back together. The line that connects both back sides of my fuel rail was burnt, and I want to take the old one off and put a new one on. The problem is that it looks like it is connected to the rail with some metal rings, and I can't figure how to remove/replace the rings. Should I just pry it off the rail? Also, can I just use fuel grade line and tightening clamps to go back on threre? Any help is appreciated.

Because this is my daily driver, and only at 300hp, so no need, not to mention, I want this running in the next day or two. Thanks, I'll keep that in my when I upgrade. Anyone else?
