how do i take out the door handle out!?

i would also like to know how to do this, mine has a few nicks on it where i think that peoples door's have hit it and taken off some paint...

what color you painting it?

I took mine out when I replaced them with UPR billet ones. You will have to drill out a rivit and replace it with a rivit or a nut and bolt. Here is a pick of the billit one from UPR

Did you mean the inside door handle or the outside one? If you meant the outside you have to remove the interior door panel to access it. Someone over on Yellow Mustang Registry took off her yellow ones and replaced them with black ones.
