How do you raise the passenger seat in an 06?

They don't. I was fine when I drove the Stang, but as a passenger I felt like Mini-me.

Might be able to unbolt seat and make some kind of spacer to fit between seat and floor.

That is also the only complaint that I've ever heard from a passenger in my 07 GT. They all say that they can't see out. Doesn't bother me, so I don't worry about it. I'm personally only 5'6", and have my power drivers seat in the lowest position it will go. I don't have a problem seeing, why should the passenger need any more?
Personally, I wouldn't add spacers, as under load that will add more torque and sheer stress to the seat bolts. They may be fine under the load, but I personally wouldn't chance it.... I'd just let the passenger deal with it.
