How Do you remove Ignition Lock Housing on 88 tilt column?

I'm Really stuck. I need to know how to remove the ignition housing from the steering column. The lock housing is busted because ripped out the lock to steal the car. I have the column out of the car and disassembled except for the housing. Help would be much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you have to pull the steering wheel
