Alright here's the story. I have a 90 mustang gt with a BBK cai, 65 mm tb, underdrive pulleys, ac elim, smog elim, electric fan, headers, h-pipe, flowmaster catback (2.5 inch), 4:10's, Weld big 'n skinnies. I am also going to add a c4 with a TCI break away torque convertor, shift kit and hammer shifter. Last summer with just headers, h-pipe and jimmy rigged exhaust i went 16 flat leaving it in D. With this mods, including the tranny, what am i looking at goin this summer. i'm hoping for 13's but i don't know if it will make it there. any help is appreciated

The 5.0 heads, cam and intage aren't the best in the world. I have seen LX's run 12.90's with mods similar to yours, but with a 5 speed. If you have some pre 95 MM&FF's you will see this frequently.
What headers do you have? I say that given conditions are excellent and you live at a good elevation, have good tires and know how to drive, you should get 13.70's@ around 98-100 if you drive the piss out of it. Don't shift at 6000. Shift around 5400. What stall do you have?
Your disadvantage is the weight of the tranny and the weight of the GT. When you are trying to get a "stock" 5.0 low ET's, weight is everything...next to driving.
I had a 92 LX that had similar mods (TB, Mass Air, Home Made Ram Air, BBK Long Tubes w/ Flowmaster cat back and no cats) 3.73's in a 5 speed and stock tires with drag suspension. I ran a 13.90@98 with all accessories.

put a 10" 3000 stall converter in it with 456`s and youll get to were you wanna be...trust me thats what you need...... 456`s with a AOD isnt bad at all youll be under 3000 rpms at 70MPH......411 for 5 speed 456 for AOD,,,hell Im thinking about putting 456`s in my 5 speed with my new setup i MIGHT NEED IT
