I work on them all the time, so I know the ins and outs. I can have one done in one afternoon by myself. I hate when people help, because it takes longer.
The only thing is though....I have air tools and a hoist. I also have grinders and torches.....but I do NOT cut anything I don't have to. I unbolt everything because I always need parts for other cars. The only thing I will cut is say a brake line that won't come apart, or a pesky K-frame or control arm bolt.
i tore down a 92 GT that was t boned on the driver's side fender in about 6 hours by myself using mostly hand tools. i did have a hoist and a few air tools too though. the interior was already mostly gone, but i pulled motor, trans, rearend, sideskirts, rear bumper, hatch/spoiler/tail lights, interior quarter panels, doors, FUEL AND BRAKE LINES and other misc little things here and there. if you've ever seen me post pics of a multi colored 4 cyl conversion coupe i built, the red doors on it were off of the GT as well as the motor, rear, fuel and brake lines.

It would probably take me forever since I would want to keep track of every bolt I take off of the car. I did a motor swap on my friends hatch.. We took apart the entire front end, bumper, fenders, hood, engine, k-member and everything else. Took us an entire weekend to disassemble. Must be easier if ur not planning on reassemble.
well, i plan on selling some stuff locally. or ebaying it, so i am gonna put it all in little plastic ziploc bags, i won't have air tools, but i am gonna borrow a cherry picker from a friend, after i pull all the fuel, brake lines, and other stuff underneath, i will pull the rearend out(if i din't have it on blocks) and then proceed to cut the front piece off in front of the firewall, i am gonna leave all the front suspension together just cut it off to move it around

Leave the K-frame and all susp together...good idea. It is pretty worthless parts seperated. You could sell the whole set up to a guy putting together a AC Cobra kit car...I sell all those parts to those guys. Keep al you calipers and blex hoses attached too.
ALSO: Make sure you keep the fuel lines in tact from the tank to the engine fuel rail. These are HARD to find, and many guys going from a 4cyl to 8cyl....are in desperate need for them!!! You could get big money for them Another thing to save...(you cannot get new) is the A/C lines. I once bought a COMPLETE grey interior for a fox body from a swap meet for $40 bucks. The same guy had A/C lines...(condensor to evap canister, and compressor to evap canister. I figured he would want pennies for them...NO...he told me $100 firm!!! I passed...I didn't need them, I just wanted tehm...
