My 03 Mach just hit 144k. I expect this thing to see 200k and still run great! If you're like me you take care of your car, I change my oil with synthetic every 4,000 miles. From what I've known I work with the previous owner which he took as good of care as I do. And the first owner was an older gentleman who also kept up with maintenance as well.

With good maintenance(keep the oil clean and FULL) and non abuse it should go 200K no problem. After that possibly a timing chain kit and heads refreshed.
