Is your car back on the road yet? How do you like the new motor?
Oh yea, I've had it back for just about a year now...car runs great. 360 to the wheels, pulls all the way to the moon, just needs some gears to get some of that low-end back but I spent my fun money on building a new gaming PC this year so gears will have to wait but it's not but for around town.

Paid off from day 1!
My 7 up 'vert was a cash purchase 6 years years ago. I had just sold my super clean 1974 TR6 and wanted a 4 seat 'vert. The Mustang fit the bill and then some. And it only cost me 1/2 of what I got for the Triumph.

I owe about $2600 on my GT, once she is paid for ill be looking for either a 2006 or later Crown Vic or a F150 for the family truckster.

Mines been paid off for years and I'm gonna drive it until the wheels fall off (which may be soon if I don't get out there and replace the ball joints soon!)

Bought mine in June '05, last payment will be made this July!! Wish I could pay cash like some of you folks, but 3 kids tends to keep that from happening.
Can't wait though, once the payment cash is freed up I can really start buying some toys for it.
Edit: I agree with all the "no payments for me" crowd. Never again. I'm willing to keep my darling wife in a nice car even if payments are involved, but give me a old fox body to work on and I'm a happy camper! The '03 only has 60k on her, I bought it 5 years ago with 29.9k. Title in hand will be oh so sweet!
