Yeah I did the same thing with houses but a lot more dangerous... I wouldn't recommend it It's not all "Get Rich Quick" like I thought it was. And taxes are rediculous and scarey.

195k in debt with mortgage......it's a good thing and a bad thing

I get to make all the noise, beat up on the place as much as I want...have as many shin ding's as I want...but I pay $1600.00 a month taxes insurance mortage.

also, you can write the expense like paint and taxes and isnruance off at the end of the year, therefore I focus on paying a interest account off first..likes car loan and credit cards.

Im roughly 2500 in debt on a cc but when I graduated last year I owed 9.5k to the credit card companies. I've been pretty disciplined the past year. I pay roughly $800/month on the cc's. I want to get a house soon but Im not letting myself get one until I pay off all the cc's. I did buy a Mach 1 recently though, so I still owe 6k on that.

25, cars and toys are all paid off, i owe about $15K for student loans and will be taking a big hit when i buy a house.

Unfortunately i live in Metro Boston which is the 3rd most overpriced housing market after LA and Hawaii....so unless i find at least $400K sitting in a sack somewhere i won't be buying a house anytime soon

let see im 25, got 60,000 on my mortgage, and 8,000 in credit card debt. most the credit card stuff is from my kitchen cabinents, my tv,fridge and stove. Luckily all my money doesn't go toward bills like some of my friends. I am actually able to pay these off if i wanted to but they are mostly 0% so im going to sit on em till they are up.
