well your basically a stock 99-04 mustang engine...I would say 10 psi intercooled...you need to upgrade internals top handle more boost.

My '03 with the Novi2000 is @8psi non intercooled.
Just had it put in last week.
410 rwhp, 385 lbft torque.
I wouldn't go over 8 psi non intercooled.
If I can figure out how to scan the dyno graph I'd post it.

I believe the PI swapped cars have higher compression, but I'd say go with 10psi intercooled as well

8-10 PSI should be fine. Im running 9PSI....and others iv seen up to 12 PSI non ICd and Gitdat is running 11PSI climbing to 14 with his ICd KB.

As long as you have a good tune, these cars will run for quite a while under boost

With an intercooled kenne Bell you can go 9PSI not just 6.

KB's produce more heat than a centri so you need an IC to go much over 6. i was at 11 psi on my non IC novi and now i'm at 10psi intercooled with the same blower.

i'd say 10 if you want to keep the stock engine for a long time. 12 if you want to upgrade in the future.
