Ok i'm curious if you take a two of the same grinds one in a roller the other a flat tappet. How much hp and tq difference between the two? I'm trying to justify the $ amount to change my 351w stroker to a hyd roller. Thanks all info is appreciated.
that totally depends on all of the other parts you plan on using. I would think that a roller cam would peak about 10% higher than a similarly sized flat tappet cam. not too sure tho, maybe someone can back me up?. I plan on retro fitting my Olds 350 with a hydraulic roller.
