Like i said, none of those cars are 04's. I'm not expecting to get full value out of my car - all i'm saying is it is certainly worth atleast $20,000. Hell, stock Mach 1's with as many miles as my car are selling for 25k around here. For some reason the market is really rich around here... I dunno why.

Your right ones an 05 with less miles for 21k

I've pondered the thought of selling my car, but a)I absolutely love the looks I get in it. It's SUCH a head turner and I'll have problems getting attn like this in another car. b) even though I get an avg of 13-15mpg per tank, I only drive 13 miles to work, so it really isn't that bad. c) I've done all the work (aside from the gears) so I'd have a hard time letting go of her.

A) I like the looks of mine, but could part with them in a heart beat. I REALLY don't like drawing attention to the car (in fact I wish I had cats and regular borlas, or hell, stock mufflers) or myeslf.

B) I drive 45m round trip to school four days a week, and 10m round trip to work four days a week, and then to the store and such etc. prolly another 5-10 miles a day.

C) Me too, except I'm doing my own gears too ; but, I've done all the work on all my cars (even if I've only had two others), work on friends cars all the time, families cars more than that even, and w/not...doesn't mean much to me anymore.

The main reasons that I want to get rid of this car are really A) Insurance, B) gas mileage, C) I'd like a new project, D) Mustang that turns is built completely differently than a mustang that goes in a straight line...and I want a car that does both, and does both REALLY well

When I had the IRS the car was good for street and auto-x, but not so great for traction and control at the strip - now with the solid axle it's good for the street and strip, but not so great OT or auto-X.

If I don't sell this car, it just means I'll have to take on more hours and buy a third car

i cant believe you are wanting to get rid of your car. you must be rolling with some big money cars if you are one of the slowest.

maybe when you put that new shifter in you will change your mind about selling it! i see it finally came in yesterday.

Wow man....for some reason, ALOT of people seem to want to sell their cars after they spend alot of money making them fast . I know of some people over on MPH that get their car back from Tim after A TON of work and months in the shop, and sell it 2 weeks later. LOL just beyond me. Guess im just a die hard mustang guys....I wouldnt think of selling my GT for another car, especially something other than a mustang.

And what is this "966TT" you speak of? And a 2002? Closest thing I found is the "996TT" *AKA 911 turbo* and a 2002 goes for no less than around $65000 on auto trader.

The only 2002 Porsche I see going for what a mustang goes for is MAYBE a boxter....and not even the S lol.

And yea seriously, what sort of cars are you rolling with? I say you live up to your own means, not everyone elses .

My buddies all drive REALLY fast cars...like this...lmao http://videos.streetfire.net/hottestvideos/4/a899568a-e47a-409e-9095-983400bea310.htm

And quite a few 10 second supras, mustang, camaros, etc. And lots of fast Porches, vettes, mercedes, BMW, etc, etc.

The shifter is awesome BTW Hehe, if I sell the car I could probably get more out of it than you sold it to me for, but supporting :SNSign: is where its at yo!

hotmustang, i mean 996tt; I ran a vin from ebay for sits n giggles. Same price for a turbo 911 as my 04 GT...$100-$200 cheaper for a 2000 911. These are my means - I mean...look at what I have in this car

Me wanting a different car really has nothing to do with my buddies cars - if that was the case I would want to do everything I could to just make this car faster. Fact is, I'm not having as much fun in this car as I used to, even though its as fast as ever.

WOW thats a FAST RX7! Kid looks to be barely out of school . Yea I can see why your about the slowest person haha....those guys definatly have too much money on their hands. Especially to just burn up tires....

Ill have to make a trip up there when I through in a built block and show that guy Ford>chevy

Oh and I think all you need to do is buy a forged motor, MUCH smaller pulley, intercooler, and N20...you would destroy that RX7. Another 6K or so I guess....but if the car isnt making you happy then hey, go for the porsche!

Well good for you then. Ford is already selling 07's, your car is 3 years old already on the market. I dont see how you could possibly get $20k for it. But hey if you do thats great man

Let us know what you REALLY sell it for after you do...
