How much should I pay for used Cobra R's?

Hey,

So I found some used 4 lug Cobra R replicas that I really want. There are no pictures but he told me there were in great condition.. He is looking for $500 for rims and tires, which I don't even want the tires. Is $400 a good price for them if I tell him to keep the tires? Can I go lower?

I think $400 is fair unless they are curb rashed. Then I would just wait and buy some nicer ones. Rims arent something that I just go through often.

I called him again and now he said they were 90%, he said that some parts of the chrome are peeling off.. So I guess I'll just keep looking..
