I wanna lower the car and i don't wanna spend too much money, so that leaves me with one option, to cut the stock springs or to replace them with 4 cyl springs, now can 4 cyl springs be used for both the front and back or only front, later on i wanna install lakewoods 90/10, so what do you suggest?? now i have to mention that i wanna have a nice drop, so to get let's say 1.75" drop what needs to be done?

Right. It's a popular practice, but honestly they shouldn't be cut. They are progressive rate springs, and shortening them disrupts effectiveness of the design. Most people (if they are willing to admit it) handle worse after cutting stock springs, unless they get lucky. Lots of deals on ebay.
