How much timing

First off, I know I need to get this thing dyno tuned. But I am just experimenting on a few things now. I currently have the timing set at 14 degrees. The fuel pressure is around 38 psi. I can feel significant improvment in the 3-3500 + rpm range. I am looking for a little more low end. Gears are going in next. What do you guys think my timing and fuel pressure should be at?

what you have it at is good. maybe like 40 psi vacuum off. but if its running good than leave it there
