if your talking about just having stock heads rebuild, new guides, valve job, seals etc it should'nt cost more than 200, alot of head shops offer exchanges or deals for 150 or so depending on where you live......so not much.
if your going to have them off though, do something with them......lol, ported, something, no sense in going through all that just to have the stock restrictive weezers back on the engine.

i just finished mines... i took the heads to work where i had the space and necessary tools... a guy that i work with provided me a spring compressor, i bought new springs and new valve seals.... it took a while to port them and to change the springs and seals... i didn't replace the guides because i plan to get new heads soon... i was just forced to stick with the stock heads... and yeah springs( Speed Power) were about $30-40 and i think seals( don't know ) cost me $17 from advance auto... if you can't get a spring compressor which is a very nice tool, and from what i undersand you can get it from Napa, then you should let somebody else work on the heads... and ohh yeah you'll have to lap the valves, so you'lll need some lapping compound too...

like i've said did all this myself because i had the space and resources plus i didnt have to pay for any kind of a labor, port the heads myself and rebuild them too....

good luck
