Yeah any reputable place can do it. I wouldn't put it past pep boys to mess it up though.
It also makes for a fairly easy driveway project as well. Remove the stock calipers, caliper brackets, rotors, and lines. Put on the new rotors, then put on the calipers and torque to 90 ft. lbs., then put on the new lines and tighten them down, then just bleed the brakes and reinstall the wheels and you are done. The Brembo instructions are very clear and make for an easy install.
