what is a fair price to offer him? he says it is a 94-95 cobra intake and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

yeah that does suck, i would do the tests that they have said. i have to do those tests to before i put any more money or mods into my car. But i did get my cobra upper and lower for 100 bucks only, I guess i got a good deal.
