How much to widen wheels?

I have a crazy idea, that I probably won't go through with, but I am curious none-the-less...

I like my stock polished GT wheels that came on my Spring Edition car.

Anyone had, or does anyone know how much a shop generally charges to widen a wheel? I thought about going from 17x8 to 17x10 or 17x10.5...

look to spend 125-200 bucks per wheel, that should include shipping. You could probably have it done for under 300 total if you shop around.

That seems fairly reasonable for as much work as it is.
