Tim has a convertible in his parking lot they are getting ready to do , not sure if he is doing an intercooler on that one or not , give him a call
(www.modularfordpowerhouse.com)and that way you can see what kind of numbers it does when they finish it . I havent seen any numbers on one of them yet , would be interesting to see what it pumps out .

why would you need a vortech if you are getting an 04 Cobra??

go to www.vortech.com they have rwhp #'s and thats with their superchips "superrich" tune there is definetly more potential w/ a good dyno tune.

Oh and for the price your probably gunna spend about $3100-3300 depending on where you buy from. May want to consider the prochargers because they come w/ an intercooler and you could probably get one of those for like $3800-3900 or so....the p1sc's are a little shady though with oil leaks i hear but not everyone has had that problem.
