The only additional weight from the conversion should theoretically be the extra stud, though the hole for it probably counteracts that some. So in that case, I'd say it depends on the wheels you pick.
I would say generally No and No whatever it is will be minimal the tires and rims are still the same size and the four extra studs cannot weigh much....you will not notice any difference. The only real benefit is there is a much bigger selection of 5 holes than 4.
thanx DUDES!!! yall are so much help thank goodness for inter net another ? about how much would the conversion cost i know it's not over $600.00 dollars right?
I would think they would. You can get them for all the others so I would figure it should be no different. Why not 4.10's? They would be better? (argueable I guess) but it is not a problem on highway and gas issues.......cannot be much more than 3.90's IMO.....I am ditching all things I can.Everything within reason, maybe even bolts here and there.....3 lugs instead of 4 etc. and all smog and wires etc, fog light bracket.....its huge....I am going to fab up new small brackets or ditch the fogs and put screens and maybe cool the front brakes....I want 4.10's.
