i was told by a local mustang shop, that the news ones don't need as much machine work as the old ones. he said a couple of customers had picked some up . what exaclty is different i don't know. but if it's true, you can't beat an Rblock for 1800 compared to like a Dart that starts at about 2400. and they both need machine work done before anything is done to them. so with an Rblock you about $400 or so ahead of the game.
if i had the budget an rblock would be the way i would go.

I sell printing equipment so i know everything thing about that, engine blocks i just go with what im told by the NMRA drag racers that live by me. I can find out if my engine builder will sell you one for that price, but you must have him machine it, and assemble the S/B its just how it works if you would like me to find out PM Me.

Ckeck out the Group Purchases on the Corral. I think they are running one for Dart blocks on the thread labled Interest for World man o War blocks. I think the Dart sportsman was around $1700.
