I'm going to call Ford tomorrow morning to see if they can install my FRPP B springs, Steeda under drive pullys and blistein shock\struts on Thursday. How much do you guys think this will run?

Is this due to lack of a garage/tools, lack of experience or a sudden increase in available cash?

I may be able to help with #1 or #2. I can ceratinly help you spend #3.

Let me know...

Both not having the garage tools or Experience. The only things I have installed myself are the throttle body, plenum, IAC, drop in K&N and all the visual mods.

Well to better answer your question.. shop time is like $75an hour most places.. And i will just guess and try and come as close to price as i can at shop time and hours..

Springs- 4hours X 75 = 300
Pullies- 2hours X 75 = 150
Shocks and struts- 4hours X75 = 300
Total = 750

They should cut you alittle deal if they really want the business, but i really wish you lived closer, i would just install all this for ya for like 200 bucks hahaha.. i have done enough springs and shocks and **** that i have it down to a science lol..

I just can't wait to see how she drives after the springs, shocks and struts are installed. I will also install a K&N FIPK Gen II kit.

shocks, struts and springs can be combined together for about 4 hours. if I had gotten new shocks and struts after my springs were installed, then it would be an additional 3 hours of labor.

Walk up to any garage. Even the ones at Pep Boys or Walmart. Talk to the techs. Many of them work on the side and can do all that for a lot less.

I'd say do it yourself. When i did mine, i didn't know what i was doing, but my buddy had done them before and just told me what to do basically. I learned a lot by doing it, and saved a ton of money. There really aren't any special tools required to do those things, except maybe a spring compressor, buy you can definitely do it without those. At first I was nervous doing it myself, but after doing the shocks and springs on the first wheel, it was a piece of cake. Save yourself the money, and you'll gain knowledge and experience in the end.
