How rare are Ultra Blue 91's?

At least I think my car is Ultra Blue... This car hasn't been repainted, the entire engine bay is blue as well as under the carpeting, as you can see in this picture:

Any website regarding build numbers doesn't list Ultra blue as a colour that was available in 91, and I highly doubt this car had a chassis up paint job done. According to the VIN this car is indeed a 91 and it was originally registered in 1991 as just "Blue", that's the first thing I checked . As far as paint code goes, the sticker is missing from the drivers door

So, who knows what's up?

Hopefully they're pretty rare! I haven't seen any with body color moldings though so I'm not sure. I know mines ultra blue though.

Can buy it in anywhere from a pen to a gallon can

Your car was definitely repainted, at least the ground effects were. Blue, green and dark red were never available solid on a GT, they were always 2-tone over titanium.

That's cool with me. I think it looks better, and it's also a very high quality job. There isn't any overspray anywhere and the paint has virtually no orange peel.

I also find it interesting that your car is a manual window and factory a/c delete car...dont see those too much especially the post 90 cars

I'd imagine it's a rare optioned car. It has the factory sunroof, manual windows, power locks, and no a/c.
