how the suspension works

Hey guys, I want to concentrate on planning out my suspension right now seeing how I've already planned everything else out. I want my stang to be a corner carving beast. My car isn't really going to be an open track car thou, as I've said before, it's gonna be a show/daily driver with an occasional trip to the strip. Right now the suspension sux on my fox. I don't really know what the purpose is for all of the aftermarket suspension parts. I know the basic springs, and the chassis stiffening n all. but that's bout it. ne1 care ta enlighten me? or provide a site?

those webs sites basicly say it all. subframe connectors, strut tower braces, new (lighter) sway bars, all new bushings, upper and lower control arms, traction bars, springs, shocks and struts, basicly anything u can do to the suspention is an upgrade i think personaly
