How to adjust doors

It appears that both doors on my 03 GT Vert are a little loose. What I mean is when they're closed, I can still push them in a little and it feels spongy.

When driving and I hit a bump I can feel and hear my drivers door moving just a little.

I tried to use a Torx-30 on the U handle (door frame), but it doesn't seem to be the right fit. I thought if I could move that in a little, it would fix it.

Does anyone know how to adjust whatever needs to be adjusted and what is the right tool?

I suggest you take it to a body shop for this. I doubt they will charge very much and it will be done right.

Thats what i would suggest as well mines a little off too but its not that bad...plus i dont think a body shop would charge that much and it would be done right (well hopefully)
