Which way do you have to turn it.It feels kinda rough going through bumpy roads.

I got instuctions here is what they say, do you have Single Adjustables? If you have the white knob. 1) CITY RIDE - most comfortable city ride possible, turn completely clockwise. 2) CROSS COUNTRY - 1/2 turn counter-clockwise. 3) GT/AGGRESSIVE DRIVING - 1 Turn counter-clockwise I assumed for #2 and #3 the turning was from the CITY RIDE position. You got a FAX number I will send you full instrcutions, Only 1 page....PM me.
