How to adjust TPS? Installed new

I have 99 GT Mustang stays accelerated for like 3 sec when I let go of the gas, I replaced Idle Air Control Valve and TPS, this started happening when I installed a new ported intake plenum and throttle body with spacers. I don't know how to adjust the TPS i have a digital voltmeter but I dont know the procedure how to go about it I read it should read .98v or .99 Please help,

you need the copper cap mod with the 3/16 inch whole....search and youl find what im talking about.....

the copper cap mod is a band aid , I dont reccomend it. More than likely it is somthing wrong with your t/b.

thanks, for the suggestions, what i did was to disconnect the battery for 30min and that took care of the problem but i did feel some loss of horsepower or maybe im wrong? rpm doesnt hang too made a big difference, but it did feel more faster when the rpm was hanging for 3sec after pressing the gas any advice?

ok i had the same problem with my 01 and i juss took off all the gaskets and put sum gasket sealer and that did the trick...
