In my brother 98 mustang we done everything repalced the electronic thing behind the fenderwall(i dont know what its called) its been filled up and checked for leaks. But we finally got a voltmeter to it and doesn't seem to be getting power...Is there a way to wire to turn it on with a switch? thanks
