How to chek for blowby

I would like to know how to ckeck for blowby on my engine.... thank you

pull the oil fill cap while its running. If it blows your hair back you got blow by.

disregard my first post - i am obviously wrong; Id (how ya been bud?) has the correct answer.

Glad I can be entertaining.

A leak down test is a valid test.


My original answer is a gross test. I have seen blow by so bad the PCV valve chattes with every cylinder compression pulse and the pressure out of the oil filler would actually blow your hair back.
