how to clean the maf?

what do i use? i know they are quite fragile.

I just shot mine with carb cleaner and let the cleaner do the work. Just let it air dry or you can actually just put the mass air right back in the car because your car will just burn up the carb cleaner with no problems

electrical contact cleaner. dont touch the wire.
