How to install a/c condenser and a/c line?

The condenser sits in front of the radiator, so both the fan and radiator will have to come out. The condenser should also come with 2 rubber brackets for mounting. It has 2 posts that go into the bottom two holes designated for them, and the two rubber brackets are used to mount the radiator to the frame. It's very simple.

All the A/C lines are hardlines, and should be very self explanitory because they are already "pre-bent." I'd need to see a picture of the parts you are having trouble identifing in order to tell you exactly where they go.

Good luck.

the tool name is the A/c disconnect tool. If you go into autozone they will know them as fuel line disconnect tools. There is this kind http://www.etoolcart.com/ProductImages/fuelsystem/OTC7660-L.jpg

or this kind http://www.northerntool.com/images/product/images/158022_lg.jpg

The second is the one I have, works great. its like 6 bucks at autozone.

The tube I belive you are talking about is the one that bolts to the back of the condesor. If it is and you use a factory A/c set up. This part is called the a/c manifold. http://www.partsamerica.com/product_images/img/EVP/35008.jpg

You will also need the discharge hose http://www.partsamerica.com/product_images/AAP/MOT/YF1348.jpg

and a eveaporator http://www.partsamerica.com/product_images/AAP/FAA/54557.jpg

and a dryer http://www.partsamerica.com/product_images/AAP/FAA/33057.jpg

Of course you need the compressor too.

I just re did my system if you want any more help. It was a Royal PITA. :bang:

i still have all my stock a/c peices in the car. what happened is then i had to bend the a/c line for the supercharger, it snapped right at the condenser. I then procedded to cut that hose in half for the blower(it already had a slight leak) all the rest of the parts are still in working condition(that i know of) and still in my car.

That makes much more sense. blower is on the passenger side of the engine correct? So the tube you broke.....and need to replace...does it run to the rear of the engine bay into the car or does it run along the radiator and into the rear of the compressor? if it is the one in front it is the entire manifold you have to replace. If it is the tube that runs to dryer, this is the discharge line.
