Just thought I'd make a thread about it since I couldn't find one before I did this.

First, remove the one phillip's head screw holding the whole thing in.

Sometimes if you push on the bottom of it the top will pop out and you can just pull up on it then out. If not, you'lll have to pry it out with a flat head. Just be carefull with your door panel

Next, there's 2 more phillips head screws that need removed. That will seperate the plate from the switches.

I didn't like the original black screw, or the empty hole thats there (i guess to mount it flush, even though it wasn't a problem for me), so I got some better ones. You'll have to drill to mount the bottom screw. Make sure you remember there's a screw right on the other side holding the plate to the switches, so just get a short screw to fit.

Also, I see the switches going for like $35 and the plates go for like $35, and I got this whole kit for $45+shipping. I'll go find the site now where I got them from.

remember, those nice screws in the pic don't come with the kit, but they're not hard to find.

Sorry if I missed anything. I kinda rushed it. But it's pretty easy and only took like 15-20 minutes.
