How to keep new Fr500 steering wheel clean?

i just purchased/installed a new fr500 wheel..i love it, but I dont want it to look like my old 02 gt wheel that had black spots all over it from the sun and wear and tear. What can I do to prevent my new fr500 from looking like crap in 1year? its a all leather wheel right? so i can condition it? let me know thanks.

anybody?? please. this steering wheel is nice and i dont want to make it look like crap again.

i just use leather cleaner/care once in the while on mine Haven,t had probrem yet.
