Headers are very hard to change on the 4.6... Do you have good tools and skill or know someone that does?

then i would follow this instruction. Almost perfect(i thin there was few things that was off, like some place u need 21mm, but they state you need 24mm or something miner like that).

And don't bother with trying without dropping K-member off. its time comsuming(in the way of you just can't get your hand in anywhere.)
Afteri had to do it total of 3 times in month, I can switch header in and out in my car in less then 6hrs

yep. If your car is daily driver, make sure u have everything U need befor you get it to start.
there is couple things that you can skip on that write up tho. One is U do not have to take Brake caliper brakets and disk off of A-arm, as my bolts were too tight, i just took entire A-arm assembry off of K-member. makes it much easier to manupulate the K-member around as you lose almost 50lb off of Kemenber by removing A-arm assembry(as i have no friend to help me out, i mad to install and reinstall K member myself with no jack assist. Anyone done this knows how pain that really is).
And when your installing passenger side header(i am assuming LT install is what youyr doing), drop the engine down on jack as low as it go. much of weight is supported by trans as well as jack that you can almost drop it until it stops(almost 5" u can drop), which makes installing bolts to upper rear bolts of passenger side header great deal easier
