can it be dont and how? if not which site can?
i really dont like posting small pics but i cant upload due to 2mb limit or something like that. any help is much appreciated

I use photobucket.com. It's free, and pretty good. The pics are plenty big for forum posting too.

It gives you three fields to click in and Ctrl+C (copy) so that you can paste them without having to write any tags.

It would be a tad nicer if those cars were not going down that steep hill.

well that was as far back as i could go and fit both cars in the photo, had to stop because of a fence.
