Ok folks, thinking ahead of things I want to do and want help in doing it right without ruining the paint.
I have had problems for years with my passenger side door window coming out of its channel, and have re-glued it with various glues. The one that seems to be working so far is an Elmer's equivalent to Gorrila Glue. It works I believe is because it expands, and hence grips the window. Knock on wood no problems.
But here is the question How does one remove either window when the glue is holding the window? There is no way that the mounting brackets are going to slip through the narrow sliver at the top. How is it done?
FYI, there is a guy on ebay that is selling brand new Clear, Grey and Green Tinted replacement 1970 BOLT-in window glass.

Once I do have the windows out, does somebody know where they sell reproduction brackets , 1970 style that is?
Thanks
Chris
