How to remove fuse box cover on 1991 mustang gt?

I am checking a drain on my battery as it will not hold a charge when it is not started everyday. I want to remove the fuse box cover but I cannot budge it. What is the trick?

Right on the ends, it says "push" (or pull). Take two fingers and push inwards and pull it off
