How to remove the back seat? Build sheet

I was wanting to take a look under the back seat of my 06 to see if the build sheet was there. After toying with it awhile I couldn't find an easy way to get it to lift so I thought I'd better come get some advice before I broke something? Need some directions! How many others have found their build sheets?

no build sheet but heres how to remove the lower cushion. there are two tabs that you just push in. they are at the bottom of the cushion, about 8 or 9 inches from the sides. heres a pic...
