How To Rotate Driveshaft

Got a slight vibration on the highway and want to rotate the drive shaft to see if it fixes the issue, recently had some 355 gears go in. Question is do i have to remove the whole shaft to rotate it or can i just remove the four 12 point bolts and still keep the drive shaft in the transmission and rotate the just the yoke.

Not sure but once the 4 bolts are out, it takes 5 seconds to pull the shaft and rotate it.

Undo the four bolts, put trans in neutral, rotate, reinstall four bolts.

Bingo. Take a marker or some touch up paint and mark the two flanges so you know how to put them back together again when you find out which way reduces the vibrations. Ford used to put a big yellow dot on the driveshafts to help.
