How to wire this alternator?

So the alternator came off a 91 ssp car and since me and my friends were all pulling different parts, my buddy didn't grab all the stuff running to the alternator.

I have the main wire that bolts to the back of the alternator.

So i need to know what wires go to the R and F?

And there is a ground prong, so i assume just run a wire to the body somewhere?

Well I've read up a little and it looks like this alternator has an external regulator and me nor mh buddy grabbed it off the fender I won't be using this alt. I remember looking at that piece on be fender and being like WTF is this, but I didn't grab it.
