how'd you tuck the tweecer back into the kick panel?

I have the TwEECer installed and am making successful tweeks. But I can't get the EEC with the tweecer attached back into the kick panel location! How did you guys remount the tweecer in the kick panel? After attached the main cable which is held in by the 10mm bolt, I can't slide the damn computer with the cable attached into its former slot because the tweecer unit adds an inch or so to its height. I can get it in there, but then the kick lanel won't slide all the way back on.

You have to remove the white plastic bracket -- with the TwEECer attached, the EEC will not fit back into it. After that, use some padding around the EEC to hold it in place.

I didn't remove th bracket and got it back in. Very tight and had to put some rubber cushioning in there.

I just took the plastic piece out and stuffed it back in there. With the added size of the eec with the tweecer box it fits preaty well.

I've seen so many different methods from all kinds of peeps so I would have to say there is no right or wrong way ............. just what you can make happen for you will work.

I just kinda bent the white plastic bracket in such a way that I could put one screw back in to hold things in place.

I think Dave has the best way cause its the easy way, lol.

I put a shim or 2 in the empty space to keep it from wiggling, then wrapped some duct tape around it to snug it in place.
