HP estimates?

Okay, looking roughly at some hp estimates, what can i be expected to get out these mods: 99 gt with cold air, lightning mass air, steeda caster cambers, tri-ax shifter, 3:55 gears, Heddman long tubes, Anderson Ford cams, P&P PI heads, Kenne Bell Supercharger 9psi, 42# injectors, Focus fuel pumps, 75mm TB, Upper and Lower Control Arms, Aluminum Driveshaft, Spec Stage 2 clutch, C&L upper plenum. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

not sure how much the hp those castor camber plates and tri ax will add. but the p&p heads and 9 psi KB should add about 150-175rwhp.

lol...i dont imagine those will add too much either, just threw those in because i already have them, just giving an exact list of what will be on the car performance or control wise.

don't do all those mods. read the kb tech artical. buying tons of **** you don't need.

the 1.7L does need ported heads, it already comes with injectors, don't need longtubes really.

if you just run thier kit $4800 (9psi) then buy there maf, tb, cold air. you can get 400rwhp+@9psi. you have to ask youself how much more than that do you want on the stock shortblock.

also I would not run 3.55's as that is not much ration change at lest 3.73's I would think. then agian the car should be cabable of mid to low 12's with the stock gears.

Look to me like you are just shotgunning mods to the car. I would go the KB website and read a bit.

then decide how much power am I willing to throw at the stock bottom end. then pick you mods.

You'll be over 400rwhp. It would be sweet but your rods will let go with over 400wrhp. I've heard of 2 people in the last week that I know that have put rods threw the block when they hit right around 418rwhp. I've head of people running more and being ok. Just a matter of how much of a chance you are willing to take.

I'd say make a safe tune to about 390wrhp and save your self some time and money. Then buy better rods being the stock ones are simply junk.

I'll have to admit that Full length headers sound awsome and add noticalbe tq numbers, but I put mine on myself and it took forever and sucked bigtime.
P.S. with the Uper Plenum you should get right around 20hp to the ground with a S/C car. I'd just do exhaust, throtle body, Plenum, and KB 9PSI then worrie about getting power to the ground.

I'm making 366rwhp/386rwtq and I have BBK full lenght headers BBK shorty X-pipe, flowmaster catback, BBK 15mm throtle body, and Procharer P1 with a P2 Aftercooler.

Alright, thanks guys, I was on my way to Target in the other town about 30 miles north of us and i saw a 02 mineral grey gt with black bullits last nite. So i pulled over to look at it and the for sale sign last nite said 02 w/ low miles, turbocharged, and other mods, no price, but i got the guys number and i am supposed to call him today, so hopefully i wont have to worry about a kenne bell at all.
