HPX ignition problems....

Anybody else using the Electromotive HPX ignition? It came in my 93 GT when I bought it and it worked fine until my 308 swap.......now I cant get it to fire. If nobody has any experience with this, can a good shop be recommended somewhere in the Carolina's or northern Georgia? Thanks for any help.

yes, thats the one. I have that manual, and have gone over everything 10 times. The set-up is really simple, thats why I was hoping to find someone that has used them before to tell me what I am missing.

Just in case it helps, this is the rest of my engine build

308 DSS pro-bullet block w/ DSS pro-lite pistons with valve reliefs
Windsor Jr's fully ported w/2.02-1.60 stainless valves, dual springs
Crane Powermax blower cam (.542/.563)
lunatai lifters
Comp Cams roller timing set, Comp cams pushrods
Pro-Comp 1.6 roller rockers on ARP studs
Melling HV oil pump, ARP pump shaft
ARP hardware thoughout
Mac longtubes, mac prochamber, flowmasters
BBK pulleys,

I kept the Demon blow-thru carb, and the Procharger (still at 15 lbs). If I cant get HPX to work right, I guess I get a distributor and ignition box and convert it back........It makes me drool to look at it sitting in the car......now if she would only fire.

You need 12 volts to input, pulse from the pickup and a ground. Get out your DMM and start looking for missing voltages, ground or pulse.

I have good power and ground. Brand new Red-Top Optima (1000cca, 800ca, 100rc) brand new 3g (120a)alternator, brand new starter, and I bought a new pick up sensor just to try it. Everything powers up like it should but I can not get a consistent signal from the crank sensor.

Last night it started for about 7-8 seconds and died again, then I have ZERO signal from the crank sensor again. I am going to try some stuff again tonight and I'll let you know if anything works. Thanks for the input
