HT Mini starter any difference from stick to auto trans

I have a high torque mini starter. I use to use it on my five speed. Now I have a mustang with an auto A.O.D. Will there be a problem with putting this starter in. I'm not sure if there is a difference between the teeth on the stick flywheel and the auto flywheel/flexplate.

The teeth count is different between the two

157 for Manual
164 for Autos

I don't think you'll be able to use it. But lets get a second opinion before you take my word as fact.

I just did a T-5 swap and the starter from the AOD works perfect on the T-5 .
