A great tech article on how to adapt an Explorer 65mm Throttle Body to work on a stang 5.0

If you look at the 2nd picture, on the bottom of the picture, you can see a screw. That screw adjusts the BASE idle speed.
You may need to take off the tube going to the TB to see it and get it.

A Chiltons will help with more info. You'll need a timing light.
