OK, a couple tips I've learned from trying to contact McLeod:
1. Their "Contact Form" doesn't work. They never get the e-mail. They don't know/carew whats wrong with the website
2. They have strange Tech support hours. I have the goofy hours at home on my 2004 catalog and will PM them to you this evening when I get home. I will also send you the local (non 800) number in case you want to try that number.

I actually got so fed up I just went down there (fairly local to me).

Well, I called them today again and got hold of a live person ( 2 of them actually) the O rings to fix it are supposed to be on the way. Also discussed changing over to their mew style fittings, but that required sending the T/O bearing to them. I decided to just keep on with the fittings I swapped to ( AN brake adapter fittings from Summit Racing) rather than sending it off and having the Ranger down another couple weeks ( or longer). Hopefully the O rings will be here by next week. My position on McCleod went up a couple notches after talking with them today, but I'd still go with an external slave setup if using a 5 speed like the T5 or Tremec. I've got my bearing adjustment procedure down to where it takes about an hour at longest, but my procedure wouldn't work as well in a Classic Stang. On the Ranger, my self built crossmember sits up inside the frame rails secured by a single 1/2 bolt per side, so I don't have to remove it or the trans to adjust the bearing, just have to unbolt the trans from the bell, replace two bolts with a pair of 6 or 7 inch alternator pivot bolts and slide the trans back to access the bearing's adjuster sleeve.

If you ever do decide to send it for the rebuild and fitting mod PM me first. You can send the bearing to me and I will personally take it over there. They did mine in less than 24 hours. I can then ship it back to you. It is much faster. When you send it in it doesn't get the same priority as a walk in.

I'll do that, hopefully it'll never have to happen though.
