hypereutectic pistons in explorer blocks?

Hey guys, does anyone know if a 98 explorer block had forged or hypereutectic pistons? Did they ever even come with forged? Thanks!

they have hypereutectic pistons, same as our car's did stock...however 98 is a really good year to shoot for....P heads!

Ford used hypereutectic pistons in all 5.0L engines produced in '93 and newer.
