That vacuum line with the metal tube goes in the hole at the top.
Look for a black/white wire coming from the alternator. That is a 6V supply for the 4180 carb.

On the vacuum lines, one of those is to the heat riser.

the hole is smaller and it won't fit inside is there supposed to be another connection? is there anyway you can take a picture of your car and the way it is set up? thanks alot. oh if there is no black and white wire what can i do to fix the connection for the choke?

Um, yeah, I could take a picture of my setup.
It won't help you at all, though.
There's nothing stock left to my 84.

The bl/wh wire should come off the alternator. Look at the back of it and see if someone cut it off. The issue is that the choke on the 4180 only takes 6V to heat up where "regular" Holleys take 12V.
