i am having some serious tuning and chip issues!!!

well my engine is done, i have just about everything done you can do to an engine...stroker kit, heads, intake, cam, all the goodies on the side, now i just need a dyno tune and custom burnt chip to make sure it is running properly. the problem is that it hardly runs, at all. after about 10 min or so it starts taking serious spikes in the RPM, then eventually dies. you would think it is an easy thing to get it fixed...take it in to a shop and have a dyno tune and custom burnt chip done on site. no, i can get dyno tunes all day, but no one seems to offer a chip burning option for my car. there is one place i know of in the state of Indiana, and the are NOT a reputable shop at all. i have heard too many situations of cars being blown to hell in that shop...so they are not getting my business. i could always do it myself, buy the software to get is handled, but i know i will mess something up, i dont along well with electronics of that caliber. so what to do what to do? that is my dilema, i am halted right there. i dont know where to take my car to have thie necessary work done. i just dont have a clue. if any of you have a suggestion or have comments, please, PLEASE, fill me in. thanks to all that reply.

one of the only places i have heard even remotely close to me was a shop called Automotive Specialists. i have a close friend of mine that took his car there for a tune and chip burn, they thought it would be cool to take the car out for a "test drive" and see how much stress the tranny and block could take. the jack asses took the car out and beat the crap out of it. completely junked the trans, and cracked the block from the main to the head in two places. that in itself is enough of a reason for me to not even think of taking my car there. thanks for your input by the way, i have heard good things about the TwEEceR idea. i might have to give that a try. best of luck on getting the deer furr out of your grill and getting your ride back to where you want it to be....damn those deer to hell , think they can just walk out in front of a car like they own the road or something, geez well take care man, ill post results if and when i get my sh$t handled.
